Today is one day which I want to forget, COMPLETELY!! This morning, I went to school... and then waited for don't know how long... I tried to search for the class and then in the end, I realized that there was no remedial lessons today. =.=" Wasted one hour in school for nothing!!! I didn't know there wasn't any classes today!! Maybe I didn't "catch it". I can actually sleep for one extra hour today. Luckily, this coming Monday is youth day holiday, so this can make up the time WASTED in school. GRRR!!! The lifts are so slow!! Most of the time, it does not respond immediately after I pressed the button. It just stays there, as if no one is pressing the button. Then after 15 seconds or so, then it will start to respond. Seriously, these lifts are the slowest!!! If I compare the lifts with the ones in Sengkang for example, the time needed to go to the highest floor (eg. 15th floor) from the ground floor (in a Sengkang flat), is the same as the time needed for my lift to go to the 7th floor from the ground... SO PATHETIC!! Even those lifts from the old flats, which is opposite my block, are much faster and more responsive. I think these lifts have some flaws in it. The other blocks with the same design as mine are also the same!! They should do something about this!!! Waste time waiting for the lift to respond. If I add up all the time wasted on waiting for the lift since I moved in, it should be more than one day of waiting. In fact, after pressing the lift button, I can take my own sweet time to go to the mailbox and get the letters while waiting for the lift to reach the ground floor. No point saying this anyway, the lifts are already built there, they wouldn't change the lift or upgrade it for at least the next 15 years or so. Maybe I should time the lift when I'm free. It's getting late anyway, hope to blog more tomorrow. :)
